A web-based counselor exploring

A web-based counselor exploring the great vacuum in meaning in the middle of civilization as expressed in Conspiracy films (DVD). Some stories are invented to take into account the possible lack of power within the postmodern climate. Conspiracy, "would be the poor person's cognitive mapping in the postmodern age" - Fredric Jameson. These stories share the view that someone or people who benefit are wielding their capability illegitimately. During the last week, I spend time watching the activist film Zeitgeist (DVD) along with more religious activist movies from other countries. Just remember I am not recommending these films and i also usually do not believe that you will need to confront your daily life, yourself or your culture using them. "'Zeitgeist' refers to the ethos associated with an identified crowd, that expresses a particular Weltanschauung which is prevalent at the particular amount of socio-cultural progression." For me the view expressed in the film (DVD) Zeitgeist is our truths can be a manipulation of politics, economics and religion. It was indeed a thought provoking viewing experience. Like a viewer, I had been at awe while using the logical capabilities of Jacque Fresco. I suspect that viewing this story and hearing its logic can leave an individual with a sense of non-public powerlessness, since focus is within the power of corporations and the elite worldwide. Viewers may feel a 'the final around the world' feeling (also within the other films). This and also the current state of world economics could cause somebody to see more doubt, despair along with a sense of meaninglessness. Pragmatic thinking and logic may create a a sense emptiness. From the Zeitgeist film hope and light are expressed inside 'believe' (science can be another narrative in trying to understand the entire world) that this language of science will be the best way. Another highlight is some talk about behaviorism being crucial to the future. Those like me with a background in Psychology are probably mindful of the 'dark' good reputation for behavioral modification. I liked situation of unconditional love and connectivity, but wouldn't hear of any further developments within this direction. Surely even children born within the Venus project will also have 'why?' inquiries to life. Will it be possible to lessen 'their questioning' to singular meanings like scientific / pragmatic language seeks. Are we able to really do away with storytelling / meaningfulness / religion? Keep in mind that the Christian story was once very good news for the oppressed. We connect by stories. We also experience isolation, disempowerment and problems when our intentionality and storytelling are not voiced / legitimized within stories that have dominant or constrictive "truths" about ourselves. Each of our storing also can restrict us from experiencing other possible meanings and actions. "We dream in narrative, remember, anticipate, hope, despair, believe, doubt, plan revise, criticize, construct, gossip, learn, hate and love by narrative" (MacIntyre 1981, p. 211). I'm still celebrating the richness and multiplicity with the stories / selves shared or re-storied in online counseling. You possibly can receive online counseling in the narrative view at ,DVD Box Set (narrative counseling)Online counselingOther sites of interest.marriage counseling, counseling services
